“Let Go” ~ We have so many layers of suffering to let go of….self judgement, fear, anger, regret, expectation, guilt, shame, stories & self images, control, resentment, entitlement, expectations, pride, perfectionism, unhealthy relationships, busyness, attachment, fear of failure & abandonment, yesterday & tomorrow. The list goes on as the layers unfold.
The art of letting go is to be truly present. It is the practice of letting go of that inner voice that steadily absorbs your thoughts & your emotional body; Surrendering yourself to the moment – here & now. It is the path to finding peace & happiness.
